The Hypanel roadmap outlines planned features and improvements. This page is updated as development progresses and priorities shift.

In Progress

Restore Feature from Backups

Currently working on adding the ability to restore servers from backup files directly through the web interface. This will allow you to:

  • Select a backup file to restore from
  • Restore entire server state from backups
  • Recover servers from previous states
  • Easily rollback to earlier configurations

This feature will make backup management more complete and provide an easy way to recover from issues or revert changes.

A Docker-based installation option is planned to make Hypanel easier to deploy and manage. This will provide:

  • Simplified installation process
  • Containerized deployment
  • Easier updates and maintenance
  • Consistent environment across different systems

Server Console Command Quick Actions

Enhancing the console interface with quick action buttons for common server commands. This will include:

  • One-click buttons for frequently used commands
  • Pre-configured command shortcuts
  • Faster server management workflows
  • Reduced need to type commands manually

Feature Requests

Have an idea for a feature you'd like to see in Hypanel? We'd love to hear from you!

You can submit feature requests and discuss ideas on the GitHub Discussions page.

The feature requests category is the best place to:

  • Share your ideas for new features
  • Discuss improvements to existing functionality
  • Vote on features you'd like to see prioritized
  • Collaborate with the community on feature development

All feature requests are reviewed and considered for future development. While we can't implement every request, community feedback helps guide the direction of Hypanel.

  • Community feedback and feature requests
  • Development priorities and available time
